One Year Slot Aution
New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing (NZTR) announced the successful sale of its one-year slot in the $4.5 million NZB Kiwi (1500m) for $225,000 to a Malaysian group representing the Selangor Turf Club. The group, led by Captain Tan Tiang Huat and other Selangor Turf Club executives, included Tan Sri Richard, Dato Michael Fong, and Dato Adrian. Rodney Animal Rescue received $50,000, half of the proceeds above the slot's reserve price.
